Any queries or complaints regarding the pictures you have purchased, should in the first instance, be addressed to the photographers. Their name and address can be found on their web site, which is where you will have started from before entering the Photo Corporation UK Ltd system. You can return to their web site at any time by clicking on the banner at the top of any page.
Any other Photo Corporation Uk enquiries, such as problems with the web site, which image has been printed, payment for and delivery of prints, should be addressed to:

When making a call please have ready as much information about your order as possible, and at least be able to quote:
1. Date of order, mode of order - e-mail, phone or post.
2. The name and address on the order.
3. Mode of payment - Internet credit card, phone credit card or check by post.
4. Photographer, image numbers, quantities, sizes and paper surface requested.
